Qualification : The applicant must be a graduate of a recognized university; have At least 120 hours of work experience in the use of personal computers or information technology in office productivity applications or desktop publishing applications from a recognized institution OR 'O' level certificate from the Department of Electronic Accreditation of Computer Courses (abbreviated as DOEACC). And the applicant must have passed matriculation with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects.
