Selection Procedure

1. Interview - The Bank will conduct an online psychometric test or any other suitable test to assess personality, level of communication, clarity, innovativeness in problem-solving, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post, etc. After completion of the Psychometric Test among the shortlisted candidates, candidates will be called to appear in Group Discussions and Interviews at various SIDBI offices. Candidates will first appear for a group discussion and then appear for an interview on the same day. The maximum marks for Group Discussion and Interview shall be 100 each.

• Qualification : Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institute with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate (SC/ST/PWBD 55%) from Universities; OR CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA; OR Bachelor's degree in Law/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD 55%) in aggregate from Universities.
