In the SIDBI recruitment for the post of Assistant Manager, the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS are required to pay Rs. 1100/- as the application fee. Selection Procedure

1. Interview - The Bank will conduct an online psychometric test or any other suitable test to assess personality, level of communication, clarity, innovativeness in problem-solving, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post, etc. After completion of the Psychometric Test among the shortlisted candidates, candidates will be called to appear in Group Discussions and Interviews at various SIDBI offices. Candidates will first appear for a group discussion and then appear for an interview on the same day. The maximum marks for Group Discussion and Interview shall be 100 each.
