1. Written Exam - The examination will be in two parts only the students who qualify in Part I of the examination will be eligible to appear in Part II of the examination.

• Qualification : Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Applications or Computer Science and Engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Information or Information Technology from a University established by Law in India. Also a typing speed of 20 w.p.m. in both Hindi and English and working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture is also essential.
