Selection Procedure

1. Computer Based Test - The CBT/Written Test will be conducted in Single/Two Phases. The CBT/Written Test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions. There will be negative marking in the written test and for each wrong answer 1/3rd of the marks allotted to each question will be deducted.
2. Merit / Cutoff - Selection will be done strictly as per merit. Selected candidates will be called for verification of their original documents.
3. Medical Exam - Candidates will have to pass the necessary Medical Fitness Test conducted by the Railway Administration to ensure that the candidates are medically fit to perform the duties attached to the post.
