In the Punjab Police recruitment for the post of Sub Inspector (SI) , the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General are required to pay RS. 1600/- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, EWS are required to pay & Backward Classes of Punjab State only - Rs 950/-. as the application fee. Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen are required to pay Punjab Domicile - Rs. 750/- as the application fee.

Selection Procedure

1. Computer Based Test - Stage I will consist of three Computer Based, Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type Papers viz Paper I, Paper II, and Paper III, of which Paper III shall be qualifying in nature.
2. Physical Exam - Stage II will consist of Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and a Physical Screening Test (PST). Both the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test shall be qualifying in nature.
