Selection Procedure

1. Written Exam - The exam will be of 300 marks and will consist of 100 questions and each question will carry 03 marks but each wrong answer will carry 01 negative mark. It will be objective type.
2. Interview - A candidate will be called for oral examination provided he obtains at least 45% marks in each theory paper. The ratio of marks of theory paper and viva exam will be 80% and 20%.

• Qualification : Candidate must be an eligible Advocate. Any applicant who has not completed 7 years of practice on the last date of receipt of Application as specified in the advertisement and who does not give declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year in the last 3 Years, shall not be eligible for consideration for such appointment. The candidates qualifying in the Written Test shall be required to give declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year in the last 3 years preceding the year of advertisement which is 2022-23.
