Examinaton Fees

In the NSUT recruitment for the post of Various Posts, the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS are required to pay Rs.2000/- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Physically-challenged are required to pay Rs.1000/- as the application fee.

Selection Procedure

Professor

• Vacancies: 29
• Salary: Rs.1,44,200 - Rs.2,18,200/- (LEVEL-14)
• Qualification: Candidates must possess a Ph. D degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch and for more info please read the Notification.
• Experience Required: Must have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/research/ industry and for more info please read the Notification.

Assistant Professor

• Vacancies: 212
• Salary: Rs.57,700 - Rs.1,82,400/- (LEVEL-10)
• Qualification: Candidates must possess a B. E. / B. Tech. /B. S. and M. E. / M. Tech./ M. S. or Integrated M. Tech. Degree in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees and for more info please read the Notification.

Associate Professor

• Vacancies: 81
• Salary: Rs.1,31,400 - Rs.2,17,100/- (Level 13 A1)
• Qualification: Candidates must possess a Ph.D degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch and for more info please read the Notification.
• Experience Required: Must have a Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D experience and for more info please read the Notification.

The vacancy details for the post of Various Posts released by NSUT are as follows:

A total of 29 vacancies are available for the position of Professor.
A total of 212 vacancies are available for the position of Assistant Professor.
A total of 81 vacancies are available for the position of Associate Professor.

The salary for the post of Professor is set at Rs.1,44,200 - Rs.2,18,200/- (LEVEL-14).
The minimum qualification required for the post of Professor is: Candidates must possess a Ph. D degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch and for more info please read the Notification..
