In the NIT Patna recruitment for the post of Non - Teaching Posts , the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS are required to pay Rs. 400 /- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST are required to pay Rs.200 /- as the application fee. No fee is applicable for Physically-challenged category candidates.

• Qualification: Candidate must have First class Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline or Master Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent Grade.
• Experience Required: Candidate should have Tally and other accounting knowledge, proficiency in other computer skills, shorthand skills

Office Attendant

• Vacancies: 07
• Salary: PB-1 (Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
• Qualification: Candidate must have Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board.
• Experience Required: Candidate must have Communication skill, record keeping etc.

Junior Assistant

• Vacancies: 06
• Salary: Pay) PB-1 (Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-
• Qualification: Candidate must have Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum Typing Speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
• Experience Required: Candidate must have Tally and other accounting knowledge, Proficiency in other computer skill, stenography skills

Technical Assistant

• Salary: PB-2 (Rs.9,300 - 34,800/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
• Qualification: Candidate must have First class or equivalent Grade in BE/B.Tech in Engineering in related Trade from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Experience Required: Candidate must have Having sufficient knowledge in handling experiments in Heavy structure

Technician

• Salary: PB-1 (Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-
• Qualification: Candidate must have Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a Government recognized board with at least 60% marks OR Senior Secondary (10+2) from a Government recognized board with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade OR secondary (10) with at least 60 % marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade OR Diploma in Engineering of three year’s duration in relevant field from a Government recognized Polytechnic/Institute.
• Experience Required: Candidate must have Knowledge and Maintenance of Server/PC/printer/Lab equipment Knowledge of programming in C/C++/Java etc.
