• Qualification: Holding, analogous posts on regular basis; OR With 5 years' regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 700-1300 (corresponding pay scale of Rs.56100-177500 in Level-9 as per 7th CPC) or equivalent; and Diploma in Printing Technology from a recognized University or Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
• Experience Required: 7 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a printing and publishing house/advertising agency/reputed publicity firm/Government organization bringing out books, pamphlets, magazines, folders, posters etc.
