In the Gujarat High Court recruitment for the post of Civil Judge, the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS are required to pay Rs. 1000/- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Physically-challenged, Ex-Servicemen are required to pay Rs. 500/- as the application fee.

Selection Procedure

1. Written Exam - The Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test) will be of 100 marks of 02 hours duration consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 01 mark each with negative marking of 0.33 marks for each wrong/multiple answer.
2. Written Exam - The Main Written Examination will consist of Two Papers, Language of Question Paper­I & Question Paper­II of Main Written Examination shall be English. Answers to Questions of Papers I & II of Main Written Examination may be given either in English or in Gujarati. Candidate has secured minimum 40% Marks in each paper.
3. Interview - (Tentatively scheduled in the month of October November 2023) Viva voce Test shall be of 50 Marks.
