May i apply for the post of Assisstant Director with age relaxation applicable to govt employee or my application may consider for transfer on permanent basis ,if found suitable , Pl clarify.

    I, Dr. Deepshekha Punetha have completed Doctorate in Chemistry.Can I apply for the post of Assistant Director? I don’t have relevant work experience, so while applying this form, if I am choosing no relevant experience then it is showing You are not applicable for this post.
    please let me know if I am applicable or not.
