Operation Department

• Vacancies : 09
• Qualification : Candidate must have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mining/Metallurgical/Production Engineering from a recognized University/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma holders in the above discipline from a recognized University/Reputed Institute/Open and Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE can also apply.
• Experience Required: The candidate should have experience of working in supervision of works directly involved in dams/irrigation and mechanized Earthmoving works engineering construction projects or open cast mechanized metal-ferrous mines or metallurgical process industries. He should have experience in operation and or repair and maintenance of Earthmoving equipment etc. In-depth knowledge of best machine usage. Experience in the field of additional shipping and time supervision can be considered as an added advantage to employ large workforce to various sections of the industry.

Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical)

• Qualification : Candidate must have Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma holders in the above subject from a recognized university/reputed institute/open and distance learning institute approved by UGC/AICTE can also apply.
• Experience Required: The candidate should have work experience in overhauling/repair/maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment like hydraulic excavators and bulk material handling. The candidate should have the required experience in electrical maintenance, functioning with the responsibility to carry out all our ranges of repair and maintenance of Earthmoving equipment operated by HT, power sources, EOT cranes, material handling plants with crusher screens, conveyors etc. There must be knowledge.

Materials Management

• Qualification : Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade, from a Recognized University/Institution of Repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.
• Experience Required: Candidate must have Procurement of Capital items (including heavy earthmoving machines) and revenue items like Engineering Stores, spares and consumables and Storekeeping of Engineering Stores and Spares in an Industry/project, Combined experience of Stores & Purchase will be preferred. Experience in material inspection and vendor /ancillary development desired.

Finance & Accounts

• Qualification : Candidate must have CA/ICMA/MBA(Finance) from a recognized university / Institute of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE. OR Candidate must have Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR of the Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA), OR MBA with Finance from an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.
• Experience Required: Candidate should have experience in F&A functions like Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget & Budgetary Control, Internal Audit, Income Tax, Sales Tax/VAT, Excise/Customs, Service Tax, Pay & Salary Administration, Purchase & Stores Financial Concurrence Should be. Experience in computerized accounting will be beneficial for the candidate

Personnel & Admin

• Experience Required: Candidate Should have adequate experience/knowledge in the areas of HRD, Handling and presenting Manage- ment in conciliation proceedings / different level of Government machineries, handling multiple Unions with expertise in collective bargaining and should have adequate knowledge of the latest relevant Labour Laws/Judgments/ Awards delivered/ applicable for service organization/ industries and should have exposure in dealing with disciplinary cases. Experience/ knowledge in grievance handling will be an added advantage.
