Superintending Engineer Group : ‘A’	Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years of regular service in that grade from CPWD failing which Similar officers from other Central Engineering Departments and Executive Engineers of AIIMS with 5 years of regular Service in related Field.	01
Senior Administrative Officer Group : ‘A	Degree and experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in accounts matters and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.	01
Executive Engineer (Civil) Group : ‘A’	Degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years of regular service in that grade, from CPWD.	01
Executive Engineer (A/C & R) Group : ‘A’	Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with 5 years Experience in related field and having 8 years of regular service in related field.	01
Deputy Chief Security Officer Group : ‘A’	Holding analogous posts or with 5 years’ regular service	01
Sr. Procurement & Stores Officer Group : ‘A’	Holding analogous posts or with 5 years’ regular service	01
