In the AICIL recruitment for the post of Management Trainee, the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General, Other are required to pay Rs.1000/- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Physically-challenged are required to pay Rs.200/- as the application fee.

Relaxations

Marks Relaxation: 5% in Online Examination.

Age Relaxation: 5 Years.

Selection Procedure

1. Computer Based Test - The candidates have to appear for an Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive) of total 150 marks of 2 hours 15 mins. The Minimum qualifying marks in the online examination will be 60%.
2. Interview - Candidates who have been qualified in the Online examination will be ranked in the order of the merit and will be called for an interview to be conducted by the Company.
3. Merit / Cutoff - The final merit list shall be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks secured by the candidates.
4. Medical Exam - Final Selection of candidates will be subject to Medical Examination.
