At one time registration is necessary only for those who want to appear in any UPSC recruitment in the future. With the help of this registration, the candidate will save a lot of time while applying.

• There is no application fee for OTR.

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1. Candidate Can Apply through Online Mode.
2. Click On the Apply Online Link given in Important Link Section.
3. Click on New Registration Tab.
4. Students will have to give their basic information such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, and High School Class 10 Roll Number.
5. Verify Your Profile Details to Submit Registration.
6. An OTP will be received on the registered email id and mobile number of the candidate, he will have to enter it.
7. The registration process will be completed, the candidate will see the OTR ID on the screen. Now candidate can take a print and screenshot of the OTR profile.
8. Now the candidate has to log in, to log in the candidate has to enter his mobile number / email or OTP with OTR ID which will be received on the registered email and mobile.
9. Change password of UPSC OTR ID.
10. Now the candidate's UPSC OTR registration process is completed, now whatever new application comes out, the candidate can apply from the same, and can also get the history of the old filling application from the same.
