Age Relaxation: Age relaxation as per govt rules. (For relaxation Criteria Please see Advt)

चयन प्रक्रिया

1. Computer Based Test - The Computer Based Test will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two sections for a total of 100 marks. 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). Each question will be of 1 mark and there is no negative marking for wrong answers. The question paper will be set in bilingual language.

• Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Sc. Nursing, or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with registration in UP Nursing Council.

ANM

• Qualification: Candidates must have B.Sc. Nursing, or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with Registration in UP Nursing Council.

Pharmacist Allopathic

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy with Registration in Pharmacy Council.

Lab Technician

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 Science stream with Diploma in Laboratory Technology or must have Degree in MLT with registration in Council.

परिचारिका पद हेतु न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: Candidates should possess B.Sc. Nursing, or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with registration in UP Nursing Council.।

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1. Candidates can apply through online mode.
2. Click on the Apply Online link given in the Important Links section.
3. Read the instructions then proceed to apply online.
4. Fill all the mandatory details eg. Name, father's name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number, qualification etc. in the application form.
5. Follow the instructions to get the registration number and password and complete the registration process step by step.
6. Upload the scanned copy of the documents in the prescribed size.
7. Before submission, one should preview the application form and check all the columns carefully.
8. Take a printout of your application form for future reference.
9. Online application can be submitted on or before 12th December 2022.
