- Qualification: Applicant is, or has been, a Judge of a High Court; or has been an advocate for ten years with substantial experience in litigation in matters relating to financial sector before Securities Exchange Board of lndia, Securities Appellate Tribunal, High Court or Supreme Court.

The Government of India is seeking eligible candidates to fill one post of Judicial Member in the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai, on a contract basis for a term of four years or until the appointee reaches the age of 67. The qualifications, eligibility, salary, and other terms and conditions of the appointment will be governed by the provisions of the Tribunals (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021.
