Fluid Control Research Institute is seeking applications for the position of Personnel Officer on a deputation basis. The position offers a pay scale of Level 10 in the Pay Matrix and is open to Indian Nationals. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from a recognized university and must currently hold an analogous post on a regular basis in their parent cadre/department, or have two years of regular service in posts at Pay Level 9 or equivalent, or five years of regular service in posts at Pay Level 8 or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in law is preferred, and candidates should have extensive knowledge of Central Government rules and regulations, including Labour Laws.
