आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1. Candidates Can Apply for These Posts Through Offline Mode.
2. Candidates Need to download Application Form as Given in Important Link Section as in Prescribed Size and Format.
3. Fill all the mandatory details in the Application form.
4. Then, paste your duly attested latest Photograph on Application Form.
5. Candidates have to pay Application Fees via Demand Draft in favour if ‘ESI Corporation’ payable at ‘Kalaburagi’.
6. Upload the Scanned Copy of Documents in the Prescribed Size.
7. Candidates are Advised to Read the Notification (Available in Important Link Section) for Further Information.
8. Candidates have to come with their Application Form and Relevant Documents to ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Kalaburagi. on or before 16th November 2023 (09:29 A.M.).
