चयन प्रक्रिया

1. Written Exam - Offline written test (on OMR sheet) will be conducted post wise in different dates/shifts followed by Hindi & English Computer Type Test, Hindi/English Stenography Test and Technical Driving Test. There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

• Qualification: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a Diploma or Certificate in Hindi Stenography; a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT/DOEACC; Computer Typing in English @ 30 wpm and Hindi @ 25 wpm.

Stenographer Grade-III (English)

• Vacancies: 305
• Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.2800/-
• Qualification: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a Diploma or Certificate in English Stenography; a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT/DOEACC; Computer Typing in English @ 30 wpm and Hindi @ 25 wpm.

कनिष्ठ सहायक

• Vacancies: 819
• Salary: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.2000/-
• Qualification: Candidate must have passed Intermediate; CCC certificate issued by NIELIT/DOEACC; Computer Typing in English @ 30 wpm and Hindi @ 25 wpm.

Paid Apprentice

• Vacancies: 202
• Salary: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade PayRs.1900/- (Fixed)
• Qualification: Candidate must have passed Intermediate; CCC certificate issued by NIELIT/DOEACC; Computer Typing in English @ 30 wpm and Hindi @ 25 wpm.

Driver

• Vacancies: 26
• Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.1900/
• Qualification: Must have passed High School from a recognized Institution and Must possess a valid driving license to drive a four-wheeler for a period of not less than 3 years preceding.

Group D

• Vacancies: 1699
• Salary: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.1800/-
• Qualification: Junior High School with one year certificate from ITI / Class VI pass out. For post-wise qualification details please refer to Advt.

Stenographer Grade-III (Hindi) पद हेतु कुल 881 रिक्तियाँ उपलब्ध हैं।
Stenographer Grade-III (English) पद हेतु कुल 305 रिक्तियाँ उपलब्ध हैं।
कनिष्ठ सहायक पद हेतु कुल 819 रिक्तियाँ उपलब्ध हैं।

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1. Candidates can apply through online mode.
2. Click on the Apply Online link given in the Important Links section.
3. Read the instructions then proceed to apply online.
4. Fill all the mandatory details eg. Name, father's name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number, qualification etc. in the application form.
5. Follow the instructions to get the registration number and password and complete the registration process step by step.
6. Upload the scanned copy of the documents in the prescribed size.
7. Before submission, one should preview the application form and check all the columns carefully.
8. Take a printout of your application form for future reference.
9. Online application can be submitted on or before 13th November 2022.
