Agricultural scientists recruitment board was established on 1 November 1973 . It is under the department of agricultural reasearch and education, ministry of agricultural, government of India. The Agricultural scientists recruitment board has conducted all India competitive examination for agricultural research service. It provides different type courses , agricultural ,agro forestry, animal husbandary, fisheries, home sciences and allied sciences.
AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH SERVICE EXAMINATION
Agricultural Research Service Examination conducted by ASRB. It consists of three stages :- prelims, mains and interview. In First phase , prelims is only qualifying examination. A,fter that, In second stage of mains exam which is of 240 marks and last stage is interview which is 60 marks.
CAREER PROGRAM
The Recruitment of agricultural research service examination are designated as scientists. It is post level of scientists .It is depend only Phd degree. Without Phd qualification, The board are not allowed for it. Agricultural research service is under the work on The Department of agricultural research and education (DARE), Ministry of Agricultural , (Government of India).
