In the TSPSC recruitment for the post of Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor, the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, General, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Physically-challenged, Other are required to pay Rs. 500 as the application fee.

The selection procedure for the post of Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor in TSPSC will include the following stages: GATE Score Interview, and other required tests.

Vacancy Details

Professor

• Vacancies: 2
• Salary: Rs.1,44,200/- (As per UGC Norms)
• Qualification: An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned / allied / relevant Discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria given in Appendix II, Table 2 of G.O.Ms.No.15, Higher Education Department (UE) Department, dated 29.06.2019.
• Experience Required: A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university / college as Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor, and / or research experience at equivalent level at the university / National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate.

Associate Professor

• Vacancies: 4
• Salary: Rs.1,31,400/- (As per UGC Norms)
• Qualification: (i) A good academic record, with a Ph.D Degree in the concerned / allied / relevant Sl. • Experience Required: A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and /or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry with a minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC -listed journals and total research score of Seventy-five (75) as per the criteria given in Appendix II, Table 2 of G.O.Ms.No.15, Higher Education Department (UE) Department, Dated 29.06.2019.

Assistant Professor

• Vacancies: 21
• Salary: Rs.57,700/- (As per UGC Norms)
• Qualification: A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.

The vacancy details for the post of Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor released by TSPSC are as follows:

A total of 2 vacancies are available for the position of Professor.
A total of 4 vacancies are available for the position of Associate Professor.
A total of 21 vacancies are available for the position of Assistant Professor.
