Research Associate

• Qualification: Ph.D. or Equivalent Degree in Physics/Electronics OR M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of Research experience in field of Semiconductor Materials, Devices Fabrication and Characterization with at least one research paper in SCI journal
• Minimum Age Limit: 18
• Maximum Age Limit: 35
• Experience Required: 3
