In the SSC recruitment for the post of GD Constable, the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS are required to pay Rs. 100/- as the application fee. No fee is applicable for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Women category candidates.

Selection Procedure

1. Computer Based Test - The computer based examination will have an objective type paper consisting of 80 questions carrying 2 marks each. The computer based test will be conducted in English and Hindi only. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer.
2. Physical Exam - On the basis of performance in CBE, candidates will be shortlisted for PET/PST by the Commission. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted at various centers finalized by CAPFs.
3. Merit / Cutoff
