In the Punjab Police recruitment for the post of Constable , the application fee details are as follows: Candidates belonging to General are required to pay Rs. 1100/- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to EWS, SC, ST, OBC are required to pay Rs. 600/- as the application fee. Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen are required to pay Punjab Domicile - Rs. 500/- as the application fee.

Selection Procedure

1. Computer Based Test - Stage-I will consist of two Computer Based, Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I will consist of 100 questions carrying (01) mark each. Paper-II will be a compulsory qualifying test in Punjabi language of Matriculation standard consisting of 50 questions carrying one (01) mark each with 50% marks as the qualifying criterion.
2. Physical Exam - Stage-II will consist of Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST). Both Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test will be of qualifying nature.
