• Qualification: Holding the post of Despatch Riders or regular Group-C employees on regular basis in Pay Matrix Level-1 as per 7th CPC; And must have passed 10th class from a recognized board and have a valid driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles with knowledge of motor mechanisms.
• Experience Required: Experience of Driving Light and Heavy Motor Vehicle for at least three years.
