- Qualification: Officers working under the Central or State Governments, autonomous bodies or Union Territories including statutory organisations, PSUs, Universities, Educational Institutions, Recognized Research & Development Institutions; And have a doctorate in engineering or science.
- Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of research experience in a high technology or R&D laboratory.
