1. Interview

EIL में ईआईएल 3 महाप्रबंधक भर्ती 2022 पद की चयन प्रक्रिया निम्नलिखित चरणों पर आधारित होगी: Interview, and other required tests.

• Qualification: B.E. /B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) from a recognised University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. Chemical Engineering Graduates shall have added advantage.
• Experience Required: Minimum 23 years, out of which majority should be in the Operation and/or Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea based fertilizer plants. Last five years’ experience should be in senior management position as Operation Head (Ammonia/ Urea/ Bagging)/ Maintenance Head/ Project Head. Experience in pre-commissioning/ commissioning of ammonia and urea plant projects will be an added advantage. Should have knowledge of fertilizer policies of India.

• Experience Required: Minimum 21 years (at least 5 years in a senior Management position) in any of the following organizations/entities: 1) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department of a Public Sector Undertaking or a Statutory Corporation 2) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department in a Central/State Government Department/Undertaking/Institution 3) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department in a Central/State Regulatory Body 4) As a Judicial Officer in the Judicial Services of any State. 5) As an Executive in the Legal Department of a Large Private Sector Organization/Company of repute as an employee of that Company. Essential Work Experience Areas: Candidates should have experience of working in any of the following areas: i) Arbitration (including commercial arbitration) & Conciliation matters, Industrial/ Labour law matters and other dispute resolution mechanisms ii) Drafting & Vetting various Legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters etc. iii) Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal) before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums, All things equal, Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry.

आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1. Eligible candidates need to apply through on-line registration system by click on Apply Online link given in the Important Links section.
2. Read CAREFULLY all the instructions given on the website.
3. Fill in the online form with all the relevant and correct details.
4. The candidate before starting online registration should keep the properly scanned copies (readable form), of the following documents / certificates ready for uploading during registration of application: a) Latest Passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 75 KB size b) Signature in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 25 KB size c) All qualifying certificate, all years/semester marksheets and experience certificates of not more than 900 KB each in .jpg/.jpeg/.pdf format d) Disability certificate (PwD), if applicable of not more than 500 KB each in .jpg/.jpeg/.pdf format e) Certificate for belonging to EWS, if applicable, of not more than 500 KB each in .jpg/.jpeg/.pdf format f) Aadhar Card in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 500 KB size
5. The candidates are not required to send the print out of the registered application form filled on line. They need to retain a copy of the printout of the application form which will be required at the time of personal interview (for interview carried out through modes other than Video Conferencing) if shortlisted.
6. The cut-off date of post-qualification relevant experience and upper age is 31.03.2022
