Eligibility for Assam CEE Application form 2017

The candidates must have passed qualifying examination, without grace marks, in one attempt. The core subjects of candidates in qualifying marks should be Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. The aggregate marks of candidates in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics should be above 50%

Application Fees for Assam CEE Application form 2017

For All Candidates : Rs.600/-

The application fee can be submitted through State Bank Collect, which is a service by State Bank Indian (SBI). or Through the modes of net banking.

Result & Counseling for Assam CEE Application form 2017

The result of Assam CEE 2017 will be announced online, on the official website. It will disclose the score and the rank secured by the candidates. If there is a draw while rank calculation then the following method will be used:

Marks in PCM (Qualifying Exam) will be considered .
Tie still prevails then the total marks in PCME will be considered.
Issue still prevails then draw of lot will be done by the Chairman of Selection Committee.

Important Details for Assam CEE Application form 2017

The age of the applicant must fall between age bracket of 17 to 21 years, as on August 01, 2017. Age Relaxation are as Follows :

For the candidates belonging to SC/ST category relaxation of 3 years will be provided and for those with B.Sc background the upper age limit is 22 years.

Reservation of Seats are as Follows :

PH – 3%
SC – 7%
ST (Hills) – 5%
ST (Plains) – 10%
OBC – As per Govt norms – 1 seat in each college
Son, and Daughter of Ex-Serviceman – 1 seat in each college
Tea garden labour community (TGLC) – 1 seat in each college
Ex-tea garden labour community (Ex TGLC) – 1 seat in each college
NCC/Sportsman/Moran or Motak Community – 1 seat in each college
